This bass dates from the late 60's/early 70's era and is one of the cool copies of the Amercan classic Mosrite designs that was coming out of Japan at the time. It features a thin Sen Ash body and a bolt-on maple neck with a 30" scale rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets and white dot inlays. The guitar has a 3 tone sunburst finish with a white pickguard and weighs 8 pounds. There are 2 original humbucker bass pickups. They are controlled by a 3 way selector switch and a master volume control and master tone control. The bass has 3 of the original tuners. Ther tuner for the D string is a replacement. The bridge is a 2 saddle type with adjustment for string height and length. There is a bridge cover with the original foam on the underside to act as a mute. All hardware is chrome plated. The bass is in very condition with some dings and chips in the finish around the edges. The small vintage frets are in good condition with only some minor wear and no divots to the fingerboard. The neck is straight and the truss rod can adjust the relief to your preference. There are no old breaks, cracks, or repairs. The electronics are all working and quiet. This is a great playing bass with a killer
